When we started our property investment journey just over three years ago, we quickly realised how time-consuming the process could be.   • Approved – Properties that meet your criteria and are ready to progress
  • Hold – Promising opportunities that may need further investigation
  • Discarded – Properties that don’t match your strategy or fail to deliver the right returns

Approved properties appear in your “To View” swimlane, complete with figures and the ability to book a viewing directly. There’s no need to juggle spreadsheets or copy-paste data from one place to another.
